We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for our hiking adventures, with beautiful trails right at our doorstep. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and we were impressed by the attentive service. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also loved the spa facilities, including the sauna and steam room, which were the perfect way to unwind after a long day of hiking. we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the level of comfort provided by this venue.

Spent Easter at a lovely family, driven hotel near the lake and close to transportation. the staff was always super friendly and the hotel was always clean. the wellness center was lovely, perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby area.

Some of the staff, particularly in the F&B department, were a bit stressed and unfriendly. Housekeeping seemed understaffed and our room wasn't made up until the afternoon.
